Return & Refund Policy

1.1. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the Buyer may exchange or return non-food Goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the purchase date, provided the Goods:

• were not used;
• retain commercial appearance, packaging, seals, labels;
• are accompanied by proof of purchase;
• are not included in the list of Goods not subject to return, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994.

1.2. According to Resolution No. 172, Goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange include:

• corsetry products;
• underwear;
• hosiery products;
• other sanitary and hygienic items.

1.3. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt in the presence of the carrier.

1.4. After acceptance without remarks, the Goods are deemed delivered in proper condition.
Returns of Goods of proper quality are not accepted, except in cases of hidden manufacturing defects proven under applicable law.

1.5. Refunds, where legally applicable, are made via bank transfer.

1.6. Returns are carried out at the Seller’s address listed in the Contacts section.
