General Provisions
These Terms govern the procedure for receiving, delivering, and transferring goods purchased on the website www.suchka.me.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
International Delivery
International delivery is carried out after full payment for the goods has been received.
Packages are shipped using the following postal services:
- UkrPoshta International
- Nova Poshta Global
- Meest International
Shipment via DHL / FedEx / UPS is available upon customer request.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on the destination country:
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Asian countries: 10–25 business days
- Other countries: 10–30 business days
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated individually based on the tariffs of the selected postal service.
Shipping is paid separately as a second payment after confirming details with the customer.
Customs Fees
In the event of customs or import duties in the recipient’s country, the buyer is responsible for covering these fees.
Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor the parcel online.
Domestic Delivery (Within Ukraine)
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the postal services Nova Poshta and UkrPoshta once the payment has been received.
- Nova Poshta – Delivery to Branch
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. - Nova Poshta – Courier Delivery
Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. - UkrPoshta Delivery
Orders are delivered within 1–5 business days.
Delivery fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the parcel according to the tariffs of the chosen postal service.
Payment is accepted via Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
