1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Suchka website (“the Site”), including the purchase of lingerie, accessories, gift cards, and other related products offered through the platform (“Products”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Suchka (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the Site.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the Site and to enter into a legally binding agreement.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you will comply with all applicable laws while using the Site.


3. Accounts and Security

To make purchases and access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • keep your login credentials confidential;
  • ensure no other person accesses your account;
  • notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suchka is not liable for losses resulting from the improper safeguarding of account credentials.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.


4. Products and Availability

Suchka offers a curated selection of lingerie, accessories, and related fashion items.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue products;
  • limit quantities;
  • refuse any order placed through the Site.

Product availability is not guaranteed.


5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through certified third-party providers.
We do not store full payment card details.

5.2 Order Confirmation
Your order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed.
You will receive an electronic confirmation email.

5.3 Pricing and Taxes
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated at checkout.

5.4 Incorrect Information
We reserve the right to cancel orders containing incorrect pricing or product information.


6. Gift Cards

6.1 General Use
Suchka Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) may be redeemed toward eligible purchases on the Site.
Gift Cards cannot be used for cash withdrawals or redeemed for cash.

6.2 Delivery and Access
Purchased Gift Cards are delivered digitally and become accessible in the customer’s Suchka Account → Gift Cards section.

Each Gift Card includes:

  • a unique card number
  • an encrypted PIN
    These values may be shared with a recipient by the purchaser.

6.3 PIN Security
The PIN is stored in encrypted form and cannot be recovered if lost.
Anyone with access to both the card number and PIN may use the Gift Card balance.
Suchka is not responsible for unauthorized use due to loss or sharing of Gift Card information.

6.4 Balance and Expiration
Gift Card holders may check their remaining balance through the Balance Checker on the Site.

Gift Cards:

  • may be used for eligible product purchases only;
  • expire on the date indicated at the time of purchase;
  • retain unused balance until expiration;
  • cannot be reloaded or extended beyond the expiration date.

6.5 Restrictions

Gift Cards cannot be:

  • used to purchase other Gift Cards;
  • combined with more than one Gift Card per order;
  • resold or transferred for value;
  • refunded after purchase.

6.6 Refunds and Cancellations
All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.
If an order paid with a Gift Card is canceled, any refunded amount will be returned to the same Gift Card.


7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the destinations listed at checkout.

Shipping times and fees vary based on location and service selected.
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers, customs, logistics providers;
  • incorrect addresses provided by customers;
  • events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.


8. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain items (including lingerie and intimate apparel) may be non-returnable.

Return eligibility is stated on each product page.

Where returns are permitted:

  • items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused;
  • items must include all original tags and packaging;
  • return shipping costs may apply.

Refunds (if eligible) will be issued to the original payment method.

Gift Cards and digital products are non-refundable.


9. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, designs, and media displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of Suchka.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our materials;
  • use our content for commercial purposes without written permission;
  • remove trademarks, logos, or copyright notices.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.


10. Limitation of Liability

Suchka provides the Site and Products “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • losses resulting from account misuse;
  • delays or errors caused by third-party providers;
  • interruptions in Site availability;
  • damage or loss arising from shipping carriers;
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.


11. Third-Party Services

Our Site may link to third-party tools or services.
Suchka is not responsible for their content, performance, or policies.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
