1.1. Personal data of individuals — users of the SuckaMe service — is processed and managed by SUCHKA LLC, a legal entity registered under the laws of Ukraine, located at:
66 Novoselskoho St., Odesa, Ukraine, 01104 (hereinafter — the “Company”).
The Company is the owner of the personal data database of SuckaMe users.
1.2. Personal data of SuckaMe users is processed on secure servers located both within and outside the European Economic Area.
1.3. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company processes personal data collected through the www.sucka.me website (the “Site”) and related services and tools that enable users to register and use the Site.
All personal data is processed strictly in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals regarding Automated Processing of Personal Data.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when creating an account, adjusting viewing settings, rating content, adding items to Favorites, communicating with us (email, forms, postal mail), and making purchases.
This also includes communication with support and materials submitted for custom requests.

Ratings and Favorites
Any content added to Favorites is recorded.
Payment Data
When you make a purchase, we collect the minimum information required to process payments
(e.g., last 4 digits of your card, card type).
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including LiqPay.
Suchka does not store or process full card details.
Support Requests
If you contact support, we may collect your contact information, message content, and technical details such as name, email, location, browser version, OS version, IP address, etc.
Information Collected Automatically
This includes:
- System Data (IP address, device type, browser, OS version, etc.)
- Usage Logs (Visited pages, viewed/downloaded videos, login time, etc.)
- Geolocation (Country determined by IP.)
